1.Manager is not a people person at all. 2. Not true to their word ex. In the office they have signs saying that they except different kinds of payments such as credit cards 3. They accept Zelle but some banks have a limited on how much u can send so that's a big problem when want to pick up vehicle after u been waiting to pick it up. 4. The only way to pay is cash Which they doesn't say that in their advertising. 1 5. Now the work part, I don't have have a issue when it comes to suggesting that u may need to change this part or that part but if Im been charged for it and it's not there then we have a problem. 6. I get that every customer don't know anything about cars but don't try to take advantage because u can . But in my case I know that they didn't install the part that I was charged for. And now Im been giving the run around about my refund for work that I was charged. 7. The manager asked me to bring it back to the shop for the tech to go over what was done. Which I did exactly what he asked me to do. The technician checked and there wasn't any part. So now I want my refund. 8. FYI can u imagine if they charger at least 5 or 10 people for parts that was never installed

⭐ 1 STAR Very disappointing experience with 954 Transmission Repair in Pompano Beach, FL. I recently purchased a 2019 Lexus ES 350 F Sport. According to the CARFAX, this shop serviced the vehicle at 100,974 miles, including: * Internal transmission repair * Torque converter replacement * Transmission fluid change I purchased the vehicle with approximately 101,101 miles — only about 127 miles later — and the transmission is already slipping. I called the shop to explain the situation and ask whether they would stand behind the transmission work that was just performed. I was told they would not cover the repair because I am a new owner. Regardless of who owns the vehicle, I find it extremely concerning that a transmission that was reportedly internally repaired and had the torque converter replaced could be experiencing slipping roughly 127 miles later. I understand warranties can have specific terms and may not always transfer to a new owner, but I expected the shop to at least take some responsibility, inspect the vehicle, or make an effort to determine why their recently completed transmission repair appears to be having problems. This place is the worse, Back in November of 2025 my husband took his Toyota tundra 2014 for transmission rebuild and so quick to finished and charged him $3509 with a 2 years warranty, from day one it was not working properly we brought it in and all we get was , all nothing is wrong we went like 4 times until they decided to keep the truck. The truck been parked for 2 weeks and nothing has been done of course is warranty so they get no money and we have a rental spending money on a rental and all i get when I call is … I don’t have any updates we call you back . Its ridiculous! Please don’t go there thay suck and very unprofessional they quick to take your money but when you bring it back to fixed something that was not done right first time they can care less .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My 2013 Ford Fusion sat at 954 Transmissions for almost an entire YEAR. For months I dealt with excuse after excuse, broken promises, ignored calls/texts, and constant runarounds. I was repeatedly told my car would be ready "next week," "in a few days," or "soon," yet nothing ever changed. The only way to get updates was to constantly chase them down myself. There was almost no communication or professionalism throughout this entire situation. No customer should have to beg for updates on a vehicle that's been sitting in a shop for months. What makes this even worse is that after finally getting the car back, it STILL was not fixed properly. The car continues shutting off while driving -- something extremely dangerous -- and after keeping my vehicle all that time, I was basically told to go somewhere else. Almost a year without reliable transportation caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, lost time, and money. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. Please do your research before trusting this business with your vehicle because I genuinely wish I had gone somewhere else from the beginning. DO NOT GO THERE YOU W

Stay far away, took 5 months and now I need to take it to another transmission shop. Read the reviews I wish I would have before. Told me it would take 3 days it took 5 months and got me no where but trying to fight to get my money back. This is what the fluid look like after a fresh rebuild. Good luck if your vehicle is already there. And hope this saves some people.
